ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ အသစ် ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသော အမေရိကန်စင်တာတွင် ဇွန်လ ၉ ရက်နေ့၌ ကျင်းပမည့် မြန်မာလူထုသတင်းအချက်အလက်ပွဲ [Myanmar Community InfoConnect] သို့ တက်ရောက်ပါရန် အမေရိကန်သံရုံး၊ MBAPF နှင့် IREX တို့မှ ဖိတ်ကြားအပ်ပါသည်။

စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားတက်ကြွဖွယ် ဤပြပွဲသို့ လူမှုဘဝတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် အများပြည်သူအား သတင်းအချက်အလက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ အထူးရည်ရွယ် ပေးအပ်လျက်ရှိသောလူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ တစ်စုတစ်ဝေးတည်း ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲကြမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

ပြပွဲသို့တက်ရောက်မည့်သူများတွင် လျင်မြန်စွာ ဖြစ်ထွန်းတိုးတက်လာနေသော မြန်မာ့သတင်းအချက် အလက် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အောက်ပါကဏ္ဍနှစ်ခုစလုံးမှ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များလည်းပါဝင်သည်။ 

• အများပြည်သူဝန်ဆောင်မှုအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်သော အပ်ပလီကေးရှင်းများ၊ အသုံးချ အစိတ်အပိုင်းများကဲ့သို့ နည်းလမ်းသစ်များဖြင့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်ပေးနေသော ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ အမြတ်အစွန်းအတွက် မဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ။

• အများပြည်သူနှင့် လူထုစာကြည့်တိုက်၊ ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများကဲ့သို့ သတင်းအချက်အလက် လက်လှမ်းမီရေး တွန်းအားပေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသော လူထုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ။

• သတင်းအချက်အလက်နည်းပညာများ တိုးတက်လာသောကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် အပြောင်းအလဲများ မည်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည်ကို သိရှိရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသောသူများ။

လူထုသတင်းအချက်အလက်ပွဲမှာလေ့လာသင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြပွဲဖြစ်သလို အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များဆည်းပူးရာ၊ သတင်းအချက် အလက်ဖလှယ်ရာ နေရာလည်းဖြစ်ပြီး အများပြည်သူလိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းနိုင်မည့် နည်းလမ်းများ တိုးတက်မြှင့်တင်ရာပြပွဲတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။ နေ့တစ်ဝက်အစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်သူများ အနေဖြင့် အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲငယ် အများအပြားအနက်နှစ်သက်ရာ ရွေးချယ်တက်ရောက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ကာ လူမှုကွန်ယက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှုအချိန်တွင်လည်း ဆက်လက် ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ကြမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

This dynamic event will bring together people and organizations dedicated to serving the public with information meant to improve lives. 

Participating in the event will be those on both sides of Myanmar’s rapidly evolving information society: 

● Companies and organizations providing information in new ways - through apps and tools with a public service orientation

● Community organizations facilitating access to information, like public and community libraries and educational institutions

● Everyone interested in learning more about how the information revolution is changing lives in Myanmar

Community InfoConnect is meant to be a learning event - a venue for exchanging information, learning about new opportunities, and promoting tools that serve public needs. The half-day event will provide participants with the opportunity to choose from a wide range of short workshops, and then continue conversations during networking time. Refreshments will be served.

The event will be a public-facing event that is well-promoted to the media. Info Express sessions will give participants the opportunity to dive into specific tools to experience them first-hand and learn more about how they can be applied in communities around Myanmar.
